Happening from 14th to 16th November, Spirits & Bites will take over Manjit’s Restaurant on Darling Harbour, bringing together high-end spirits and gourmet bites in an intimate, elegant setting overlooking the water. A curated experience for those who want more from their glass: connoisseurs, serious buyers, and the curious who want to learn from the best. Over each two-hour session, guests will discover more than 70 premium spirits from 18 acclaimed distillers and distributors. Think Lark Distillery’s bold Tasmanian single malts, Prohibition Liquor Co. and Ester Spirits’ standout gins, 7000 Island Spirits’ Ube liqueur, Husk Rum, tequila, pisco, grappa, and even Hugo Vodka poured with a caviar bump for those who like their indulgence dialled all the way up.

Crown Sydney are launching summer with their exclusive pool party, happening on 27th November this one-night-only event with world-class food, flowing cocktails and live entertainment, all set on the Level 5 rooftop pool deck.
