Icebergs Dining Room and Bar will start their Summer Series and Sarah Cicolini residency from 3rd until 5th February. The three-day residency will feature exclusive dinners and media events. The chef and owner of Rome’s SantoPalato, Cicolini is celebrated for her modern approach to traditional Roman cuisine. Sarah will work with local producers and Icebergs’ culinary director, Alex Prichard to create the menu.

The Paddo Inn has launched a Monthly ‘Paddo Nights Inn’ Series. The series will kick off on 16th February with their Whispers & Wine, led by psychic medium Angelina. Guests will indulge in curated wines and canapés, while exploring the history of psychic phenomena, followed by live group readings. Kyoto-born ramen brand Moon & Back is coming to Saké The Rocks for the first time, with a one-week-only pop-up running from 23rd February until 1st March. Osaka-born chef Tatsuya Fukuda will be offering five of his signature ramen bowls ($38 each) for lunch and dinner, available at the bar for walk-ins and as part of a more refined seven-course omakase at the chef’s counter ($125pp). It’s the first time Moon & Back’s ramen has been served outside Japan.
