It’s Confirmed: rhode is Coming to MECCA in Australia

Hailey Bieber’s rhode products will land Australia in February.

The moment you’ve been waiting for is here: rhode is officially launching in Australia and New Zealand. Hailey Rhode Bieber is continuing her global expansion with a regional rollout set to begin in February 2026. And yes, it’s partnering exclusively with MECCA.

It’s been a long time coming. Australia and New Zealand have consistently been among rhode’s most “requested and most engaged markets globally,” with Australia ranking first in total subscribers from rhode’s international waitlist. In other words: they’ve been listening, and they know we’ve been waiting.

The rollout begins Thursday, February 12, 2026, with rhode’s full range available for shipping via rhodeskin.com. On the same day, rhode will land at MECCA, launching on mecca.com, and in-store at the MECCA Bourke Street (Melbourne) and MECCA George Street (Sydney) flagships. Most stores will follow the next day, Friday, February 13, which means if you want the viral stuff, the strategy is simple: shop early.

For Hailey Rhode Bieber, Founder, Chief Creative Officer and Head of Innovation of rhode and Strategic Advisor to e.l.f. Beauty (ooft, that title!), the expansion is a big moment; having previously partnered with Sephora around the world, the MECCA partnership is part of what makes it feel very intentional for us down under. “We are proud to announce our global expansion to Australia and New Zealand, bringing the world of rhode to even more places and faces.” And when it came to choosing a retail partner, she said:

“When launching into the Australian market, we looked for a globally aligned partner and Mecca was that perfect fit.”

MECCA is also treating rhode’s arrival as the cultural moment it is. In a statement, Marita Burke, Chief MECCA-MAGINATIONS Officer, described rhode not just as a best-selling brand, “it’s a cultural force shaping how a new generation thinks about skincare. This brand is leading the conversation that is defining global beauty, so we couldn’t be more excited to welcome rhode to MECCA and to our incredible beauty-obsessed community.”

Which tracks. rhode isn’t just popular, it’s become part of the internet’s daily beauty language. “Glazed” is now synonymous with rhode’s line of glazed skincare products, made viral by the GRWM and behind the scenes moments with its founder, Hailey Rhode Bieber, on social media.

It's website official! But prepare to queue if you want to check out rhode in person... as seen in London last month.

And if you needed proof that rhode launches don’t move slowly, consider what just happened in the UK. The brand recently launched at Sephora UK, and the scenes were intense. Even a month after the initial launch, my recent in-person experience was lining up with fellow beauty enthusiasts just to peep a view at the gondola in person. So yes, we’re already planning our cart accordingly.

This is one of the biggest beauty arrivals of 2026 for Australia. Between rhode’s cult status, its skincare-first approach to makeup, and MECCA’s ability to turn a product launch into an actual cultural moment, we’re expecting the rollout to be fast, buzzy and slightly chaotic in the best way.

Set the alarm. Clear the cart. Prepare to glaze.

What We Know So Far

When does rhode launch in Australia?

rhode will launch in Australia on Thursday, February 12, 2026.

From that date:

  • rhode will begin shipping to Australia (and New Zealand) via rhodeskin.com
  • the brand will also launch exclusively with MECCA online and in-store

The in-store rollout will start at:

  • MECCA Bourke Street (Melbourne)
  • MECCA George Street (Sydney)

on February 12, followed by most MECCA stores on February 13.

And if you’re wondering why we’re getting this high profile launch with Australia’s top beauty retailer? The brand says Australia and New Zealand have been “among the most requested and most engaged markets globally.” Even more telling is that Australia ranked first for subscribers on rhode’s international waitlist.

Will all rhode products be available in Australia?

The short answer: it looks very likely, but we’ll confirm closer to launch.

According to the brand’s announcement, rhode’s complete collection will ship to Australia and New Zealand via rhodeskin.com from Thursday, February 12, 2026, which suggests Australians will have access to the full lineup online from day one.

In terms of MECCA, the retailer has confirmed customers will be able to discover rhode’s “core assortment”, including the iconic Peptide Lip line, “game-changing skincare essentials” and “perfectly pigmented blush.” That wording typically means MECCA will launch with the hero products first, with additional items potentially rolling in over time (as we’ve seen with other international beauty launches).

Based on how rhode has launched in other regions, we’re expecting the Australian range to be strong and very close to the full edit. But we’ll be keeping an eye on official stock lists and shade availability, particularly for products that tend to sell out fast (Pocket Blush, we’re looking at you).

We’ll update this story as more information is confirmed closer to launch—check back soon!

How to shop rhode in Australia without missing out

If the UK launch taught us anything, it’s that rhode drops don’t move slowly. The best prep is to have your MECCA account ready, payment details saved and your cart plan locked and loaded before launch day.

If you’re shopping in-store, expect the George Street and Bourke Street flagships to have the biggest energy (and likely the fastest-moving stock). Early is the vibe, and expect queues so pack a snack.

What We’re Adding to Cart First

*A quick note on pricing: Australian pricing hasn’t been confirmed yet, but we’ve included US pricing (and rough AUD comparisons) to give you an idea of what to expect. MECCA pricing will likely differ slightly due to GST, freight and retailer margin, but this is a solid guide for launch-day budgeting.

First: Pocket Blush in Tan Line or Sleepy Girl. It’s buildable, hydrating and gives that “expensive barely flushed” effect…but it’s also notoriously hard to get. (It was completely sold out when I was in the UK, which feels like a warning.) At around $25 USD, it could land at roughly $37 AUD depending on local pricing.

Then there’s the Peptide Lip Tint in Ribbon or Toast, the perfect everyday nudes and neutrals, with glossy comfort and mega peptide hydration. Can confirm these are gorgeous and nourishing on the lips, despite being skeptical at first they would be ‘just another lip tint.’ At around $18 USD, that’s roughly $27 AUD. Another cult classic, these will move fast.

For the lip combo we’re already planning to pick up Peptide Lip Shape + Peptide Lip Treatment. The rise of lip stains isn’t going anywhere, but soft, structured lips are back too, and this is rhode’s answer to both. We’ll be lining with the long-wearing shaper, then adding the Nourishing Glaze on top for moisture and shine. If Lip Shape lands at around $24 USD (~$36 AUD) and the Lip Treatment sits around $18 USD (~$27 AUD), we’re officially set.

For peak summer skin, the Glazing Mist Hydrating Face Spray feels perfectly timed for a glow reset button for Australian heat, humidity, air con and beach days. At around $30 USD, that’s roughly $45 AUD.

On the skincare side, Glazing Milk Ceramide Facial Essence is the cult product that started the obsession (and the one we’ll be testing side-by-side with other beloved milky toners and essences in rotation). At around $32 USD, expect roughly $48 AUD for this juicy, ceramide-packed glazing dew.

And finally, Barrier Butter Intensive Moisture Balm, which is said to rival some of the most nourishing and soothing barrier balms on the market. We’re very ready to see if it can take top spot in our routine, but at around $36 USD (that’s roughly $54 AUD) it will need to be very, very good.
