This August, premium dining venue RAFI’s will be hosting their first-ever Winter Arbour in collaboration with Westholme Wagyu. From $125 per person, guests will enjoy Australian Wagyu raised on native Northern Australian pastures, with hero dishes including Wagyu tartare with capers, quail egg yolk and shisho, washed down with Wagyu fat-washed Old Fashioned; and to top it off, a dark chocolate and macadamia Manhattan.
