Alex Wong and his culinary team are partnering with four of Sydney’s most innovative chefs for a series of weekly collaboration dinners. From Filipino flavours and Korean ferments to South-East Asian street snacks and Japanese izakaya, each week a different guest chef will curate a bespoke menu championing their own unique influences. The dinners events are ticketed and will be held every Wednesday, from 10th – 31st January.
