Oran Park Hotel, one of Australia’s largest hospitality precincts has officially opened in Sydney’s South West. The new venue spans three expansive levels, featuring seven bars, a diverse all-day bistro, a stunning open-air atrium, a retro-inspired pizzeria, a bottle shop, and a vibrant Asian-inspired rooftop bar. The Dinner Party at Windy Station is happening on 3rd and is a unique biannual “dinner party” style food experience, aiming to showcase regional produce and landscapes, storytelling and connection through conversation. Though the theme varies, each instalment highlights the heritage and contribution of Windy Station, the Liverpool Plains, and agriculture as an industry, to the Australian story. Celebrated chef Air Jantrakool (Sailor’s Thai) has taken the helm at new Thai restaurant Sita, situated within historic heritage Haymarket building, Mountbatten Hotel, which was originally built in 1882. Sita showcases Chef Air’s decades of expertise with a menu that celebrates the depth and vibrancy of Thai cuisine. Guests can expect a menu that balances tradition with innovation.
