Oran Park Hotel, one of Australia’s largest hospitality precincts has officially opened in Sydney’s South West. The new venue spans three expansive levels, featuring seven bars, a diverse all-day bistro, a stunning open-air atrium, a retro-inspired pizzeria, a bottle shop, and a vibrant Asian-inspired rooftop bar. The scale of the project also includes two boutique cinemas, a luxurious grand ballroom, multiple function spaces, and a dedicated indoor kids’ play area.

The Dinner Party at Windy Station is happening on 3rd and is a unique biannual “dinner party” style food experience, aiming to showcase regional produce and landscapes, storytelling and connection through conversation. Guests will share an intimate meal in a truly unique location across Windy’s 60,000 acres on the Liverpool Plains. Though the theme varies, each instalment highlights the heritage and contribution of Windy Station, the Liverpool Plains, and agriculture as an industry, to the Australian story. It’s for those looking for an experience that’ll stay with them long after they exit Windy Station’s gates.

Celebrated chef Air Jantrakool (Sailor’s Thai) has taken the helm at new Thai restaurant Sita, situated within historic heritage Haymarket building, Mountbatten Hotel, which was originally built in 1882. Sita showcases Chef Air’s decades of expertise with a menu that celebrates the depth and vibrancy of Thai cuisine. Guests can expect a menu that balances tradition with innovation. Menu highlights include – Muu Krob Piew Wan (crispy pork belly) – a signature dish Air perfected over 20 years in the kitchen, featuring crispy pork belly in a sweet and sour sauce, and inspired by Air’s time at Sailors Thai.

The Sydney Fair returns to Royal Randwick Racecourse from 29th May until 1st June, marking a major milestone: 100 years since the birth of Art Deco. This year’s Fair is a celebration of that legacy, bringing together 59 of Australia’s leading antique and design dealers under one roof.
