Starting from 3rd September, the InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach will become the new home of Sydney’s floating sound bath experience. Set against the sweeping views of Coogee Beach, the 75 minute sunset sessions blend sound, water and stillness to create a deeply restorative experience. Aqua Sculpt combines gentle movement with therapeutic sound healing to calm the mind and encourage deep relaxation. This collaboration marks one of the first wellness programming experiences to launch at the newly transformed beachfront hotel.

The AusFitness Expo returns to Sydney from 11th until 13th of September. With hybrid fitness racing is set to take centre stage, guests can sign up to compete in, or spectate multiple events, including the Deadly Dozen, a popular hybrid fitness race from the UK. Margaret Preston will be opening at the Ian Potter Centre: NGV Australia from 4th September. The first exhibition on the artist in more than two decades, Margaret Preston, charts the artist’s entire career through more than 200 of her paintings, prints and sculpture, alongside archival materials. The landmark exhibition also contextualises Preston’s practice and legacy by placing her work in direct dialogue with that of her peers, as well as work by contemporary First Nation artists.
