From refreshing Pinot Noir straight from the heart of Tamar-Valley, to full-bodied Bourbon-style whiskey, there’s something for everyone to enjoy under the celestial magic of the Winter Solstice night sky.
The best part? NOIR NOIR will be treating guests through a captivating stargazing session led by local astronomy expert Chris Arkless, who will offer guided explanations into Tasmania’s unique winter-skies, and the stellar beauty of the stars on display the night-of.

Tickets for NOIR NOIR are $45 per person, and each ticket includes a tasting of all new releases, a ‘meet the
Tamar Ridge winemaker’ session, live music and stargazing.
Guests can add a cheese and charcuterie platter for $35 (for two people).
