Supporting Our Favourite Local Eateries

Feel no guilt eating your favourite dishes in the comfort of your home

And just like that the restaurant and cafe culture as we knew it changed overnight in the hope that it will flatten the curve. It is, however, heartbreaking to see all our favourite local venues struggling during this time.

As a team, we’ve rounded up the favourites in each of our local areas in order to support the small hardworking businesses we love!

We’ve also mentioned a few of our favourite dishes if you’re looking for a little menu inspiration.

So take off that makeup, put on those track pants, your favourite movie and enjoy a damn good home meal delivery.

Amici Cammeray
My favourite local Italian restaurant and back a few weeks ago you would have seen me dining here at least once a week.

The team at Amici are offering their entire menu takeaway. Order on their website, call up or through Uber Eats. Be sure to try the meatballs, eggplant parmigiana, brodetto dell’adriatico, truffle pizza and the list goes on.

Laneway
My go-to for a weekend brunch where you’d find me for hours on my laptop. Now you’ll find them open for takeaway breakfast and lunch. The Laneway team is also cooking dinners for you too; think lamb ragu pasta and butter chicken just order by 4 pm for next day pick up from 2-5 pm.

Maggio’s Cafe
A Cammeray favourite. They’re still serving a limited menu take away over breakfast, lunch and now dinner till 9 pm.

Don’t forget about Maggio’s bakery and their Giovanni’s pizza. Pick up at the store or order on Uber Eats.
