Daylight Savings Party – Bondi Icebergs
An unforgettable party in the Icebergs Bar as we salute to the start of Daylight Saving enjoying longer light-filled evenings with the breathtaking Pacific Ocean as your backdrop. As part of their 20th anniversary celebration, they have collaborated with local artists, designers, and producers, to create a series of limited-edition pieces that will be available to purchase at the event with all proceeds going straight to support the Bondi Lifeguards. $50 from every ticket will also be donated to the Bondi Lifeguards, providing funds to secure much needed equipment for the Summer ahead.

Campari Bar Red – The Dolphin Hotel
Taking over The Wine Room at The Dolphin, the bar-inside-a-bar will celebrate the ritual of Italian aperitivo by stirring out reinterpretations of the classics for one month only starting 20th September until 22nd October. The atmosphere will be steeped in red, creating a vibe that plays with translucent and opaque fabric panels, while coloured light plays to imbue the warmth, and complex layers of the iconic aperitif and its iconic red hue reflect the signature negroni colour.

Tasmania’s pinot noir specialists Tamar Ridge is taking its annual NOIR dining experience to the mainland with five intimate wine nights in five capital cities, showcasing the very best of Tasmanian pinot noir winemaking. Over a four-course matched menu, Tamar Ridge Senior Winemaker Tom Wallace guides diners through several current and back pinot noir vintages; each one an elevation in taste, complexity and winemaking technique.
Gin Garden Party – Woollahra Hotel

Opera House’s TURNS 50- Glenmore Hotel
The iconic Sydney Opera House is turning 50, and with its own 100-plus year heritage in The Rocks, The Glenmore is joining in to celebrate 50 years of the best view in Sydney! Guests will have the chance to indulge in a specially curated menu that pays homage to the Opera House’s unique design and Sydney’s vibrant culinary scene. The headlining star of this celebration is the mesmerising “Ferrytail” cocktail – a visually stunning boozy concoction priced at $22. The cocktail is a masterpiece, adorned with fruit artfully shaped to resemble the iconic sails of the Sydney Opera House.
Roku Gin’s Haru – Saké Manly
Saké Manly’s Roku Gin’s Haru By The Sea will be happening on 1st & 8th October. To celebrate the early flourish of spring (haru), with seasonal Roku Gin cocktails expertly paired with a divine spring-inspired, seven-dish Japanese menu. The lunch events are hosted in their light-filled bar area, which will be decorated with beautiful floral displays.
