Daylight Savings Party – Bondi Icebergs

 

An unforgettable party in the Icebergs Bar as we salute to the start of Daylight Saving enjoying longer light-filled evenings with the breathtaking Pacific Ocean as your backdrop. As part of their 20th anniversary celebration, they have collaborated with local artists, designers, and producers, to create a series of limited-edition pieces that will be available to purchase at the event with all proceeds going straight to support the Bondi Lifeguards. $50 from every ticket will also be donated to the Bondi Lifeguards, providing funds to secure much needed equipment for the Summer ahead.

Campari Bar Red – The Dolphin Hotel

 

Taking over The Wine Room at The Dolphin, the bar-inside-a-bar will celebrate the ritual of Italian aperitivo by stirring out reinterpretations of the classics for one month only starting 20th September  until 22nd October. The atmosphere will be steeped in red, creating a vibe that plays with translucent and opaque fabric panels, while coloured light plays to imbue the warmth, and complex layers of the iconic aperitif and its iconic red hue reflect the signature negroni colour.
