Three Bottle Man – Fairy Floss ‘Spin to Win’ Cocktail Wheel

Alibi Bar – VIVID limited-time-only cocktails

The specialty drinks include a Blur Velvet – A harmonious blend of citrus brightness, tartness and subtle spice, inspired by the hues of the Dark Spectrum lighting installation. A Glitter Passionfruit – ​Highlighting floral aromatics and tropical scents intertwined with rich, woody notes for a harmonious balance and a Vivid CosNO (alcohol-free) – ​A tangy cranberry and lime combination with a subtly sweet herbal complexity.

PIER Bar – Colourful Cocktail Menu

Harbourside bar, PIER Bar, will be lighting up their beverage menu this Vivid season to bring to life ‘Colourful Cocktails’. Guests can indulge in the SYD Sailor with plum infused rum, plum syrup, sailor jerry, lime juice and cranberry juice or embrace the cold with the Frozen Pineapple with pineapple rum, pineapple syrup, pineapple juice and maraschino.

IIKO Mazesoba – Truffle Menu

Vivid aligns with the start of black truffle with IIKO Mazesoba launching a truffle menu featuring: wagyu truffle Mazesoba, cheese truffle Mazesoba and duck truffle Mazesoba.

Pullman Sydney Hyde Park – Vivid Menu

The five star hotel will be dishing up a menu of colour, including barbequed pulled pork or vegan jack fruit sliders with a side of crispy chips, truffle mushroom arancini balls, Mexican beef empanadas with capsicum onion jam and lamb kebabs with pomegranate and mint yoghurt. As well as specialty cocktails Vivid Paradise, Pink Gin Fizz, Green Lantern and a mocktail choice called the Sydney Sunset, it provides the perfect way to get in the Vivid mood.

Tekno Train by Paul Mac

An Australian first, the Tekno Train by Paul Mac is a one-of-a-kind event that will transform a Sydney Trains service into a moving, sensory sound and light experience for 23 nights only. Passengers will be treated to an original techno soundtrack composed by Paul Mac especially for Tekno Train, accompanied by immersive custom lighting that illuminates inside all carriages. As the train moves, the lights and music will rhythmically adjust to match the train’s speed and changing landscape outside, crafting a melodic and unforgettable ride through both Sydney’s city circle and disused train lines.
