Australian actress Mavournee Hazel is stepping into a new creative space with December 3rd, the debut fragrance from her new fragrance house, Morne. Inspired by the moment she first met her newborn sister, the scent opens with peach skin, almond milk and jasmine rice, moves through white florals, cashmere, hay and warm skin, and settles into ambergris, suede and musk for something that feels emotional and true to the self, a rare delight in the fragrance scene. The sculptural, weighty bottle comes in a 50ml ($250) and a 10ml ($110) that sits on a custom-made pebble stand so it won’t roll off your vanity. We’re obsessed with beauty that looks good enough to be art, so you’ll be seeing this one on our desks all year round.

Australian furniture brand Eva has opened Richmond House, its flagship showroom loacted at 575 Church Street, Richmond, Victoria. Spanning two levels, the space is the brand’s biggest retail milestone yet, placing it in the heart of one of Melbourne’s most established furniture precincts as it approaches its tenth year. Designed by In Addition, the interior is an ode to inner-city loft and warehouse living, with loosely defined living, dining and kitchen settings unfolding from an internal courtyard entry, a guest bedroom, and a more intimate upstairs with a conversation pit, polished matte concrete, timber flooring and darker walnut joinery. The flagship will also be used to test new pieces with the public before launch, and a first-floor materials library supports appointments and product consultations.
