Allow me to set the scene.
We’re at Mary’s Underground, a moody venue known only for good times filled with creatives and artists alike sipping on carefully crafted The Glenlivet cocktails. We’re seated among dimly lit candles, a spread of Mary’s Famous Juicy Burgers, succulent Fried Chicken with sides of Mash and Gravy, Lobster Mac and Cheese…need I really say more?
For the added vibe, there was a special live performance from Genesis Owusu, who left the intimate crowd in awe after an extended performance alongside his live band—a goosebump moment.
All of this in celebration of The Glenlivet’s Cocktail Capsule Collection newly launched in Australia.
Scottish Whiskey Brand, The Glenlivet is known for breaking traditions, and to do just that have rolled out their new Cocktail Capsule Collection into the Australian market. The capsule is a unique range of edible whiskey cocktail pods redefining how whiskey is to be enjoyed.
The alcoholic mini pods have been crafted in partnership with edible mixology experts, Molecular Experience and each offers a flavour explosion in your mouth. Each capsule comes in a variety of types, from a Pineapple Punch to the Classic Old Fashioned sans glass, ice or stirrer.
Miriam Eceolaza, Global Marketing Director of The Glenlivet tells us, “We were truly overwhelmed by the reaction to The Glenlivet Cocktail Capsule Collection and had no idea how ready the world was for this new whisky drinking experience. Since the first launch, we’ve seen demand flood in from all over the globe for us to take this exciting innovation one step further. We listened, we learned and we are excited to introduce the new and improved Cocktail Capsule Collection.”
The Capsules will be offered at specific events hosted by The Glenlivet and at select bars across the country.
