As the evenings plummet into the single digits, dinner parties are moving indoors inching closer to the fireplace, and there’s no guilt in opting for a cosy girls night in. 

One evening the girls and I met up for sunset wines. We’d often reach for a bottle of red wine during the colder months, this time instead I served one of my new found favourite, not to mention the prettiest.

On the dinner menu, we enjoyed Smoked Salmon Carpaccio, Oven Roasted Mediterranean Vegetables and a side of Herb Spread with Toasted Sourdough paired with the beautiful Magic Box Remarkable Rosé.
