I read my horoscope this morning and it led with ‘The wellness wagon may have passed you by earlier this month but it will come around today,” so I figured what better time to try and kickstart my self-care efforts with a little self-indulgent activewear shopping, I mean you can’t possibly begin to sweat without first looking the part… am I wrong?
