Chef Luke Nguyen will be transforming his iconic restaurant Fat Noodle into a luxury dining destination featuring an opulent six-course banquet, The Lunar Feast, on February 4 for one night only. Their signature restaurants—Sokyo, Cucina Porto, and BLACK Bar and Grill—will showcase exclusive menu offerings, including an indulgent $888 sashimi platter and a premium $888 Wagyu Tenderloin. Immersive entertainment and performances will also be popping up across the property to delight guests and visitors.

Lilymu – Parramatta
The contemporary Pan-Asian restaurant in Parramatta Square, is celebrating the Year of the Snake with a bespoke $108pp Lunar New Year Banquet, available from 25th January until 2nd February. Menu highlights include dumpling assiette with Layu and black vinegar, roast barramundi with ginger and shallot, and beef short rib with gochujang and perilla.

Celebrate Lunar New Year at Yum Sing House with a special lineup of festive offerings. Enjoy the traditional Yee Sang, the prosperity seafood salad, available from Tuesday, 28 January through to Friday, 31 January. On the Friday, Yum Sing House will also offer its exclusive Lunar New Year Banquet – priced at $108 per person (minimum two people), it features dishes like the Yee Sang with Ora King Salmon and Hokkaido Scallops, Braised Oxtail Money Bag, and Steamed Grouper with Aged Soy. On Friday, 31 January, guests can also experience a vibrant lion dance show at 8:15 pm to bring blessings and good fortune.
