Gary Bigeni Redivivus Collection

 

Gary Bigeni made his return to the runway with a collection full of colour, custom made cut out pieces and glitter. The show’s key focus however was on diversity – as an advocate for gender inclusivity, the collection was diverse in all aspects from sizes, shapes, genders, and ages but most importantly inclusivity was at the forefront. 

BONDI BORN Resort ’23 Collection

 

BONDI BORN debuted their Resort ’23 collection, Phosphor, against the spectacular backdrop of Sydney’s iconic cityscape, at the White Bay Cruise Terminal. Phosphor is a play for plant life in the metaverse of freshness, vitality, the spirit of youth, new energy and a clean slate. The show encompassed colourful, effortless silhouettes and pops of neon. BEC + BRIDGE Resort ’23 Collection

 

BEC + BRIDGE unveiled their Resort 22/23 collection—TWENTY-ONE marking the brand’s 21st Anniversary with a 90’s grunge collection. The collection married archival silhouettes with nostalgic throwbacks from the brand’s late ‘90s roots.

Romance Was Born Resort ’23 Collection

 

Romance Was Born debuted their resort ’23 collection in collaboration with Australian artist Ken Done at the artist’s namesake gallery at The Rocks, Sydney. The collection was inspired by Done’s iconic reef paintings with an injection of the brand’s effervescent flavour and spunk. The collection represents a journey into the bold and bright world of Done’s art against the relief of disco meets underwater reef grotto. 

AJE Resort ’23 Sculptura Collection 

 

AJE Resort collection was brought to life at the Museum of Contemporary Arts. Taking the runway was AJE’s signature sculpturesque silhouettes and dramatic draping. We saw summer sorbet hues and floral prints, sleeves and bodices to create voluminous shapes that tease the eye.

Oroton – The Optimist Collection

 

Oroton’s Resort collection is an ode to energy and joyfulness. Clean-lined silhouettes are charged with painterly colours and nostalgic motifs such as matchboxes,
daisies and vibrant garden florals. Expanding on the house’s heritage, the line-up fuses delicate and nostalgic craftsmanship with architectural shapes, heavyweight hardware and bold sculptural jewellery.

We Are Kindred – Eryldene Collection

 

Founding sisters Lizzie and Georgie Renkert, presented the label’s Resort ’23 collection – Eryldene. Held off-site in a stunning private residence of harbourside suburb, Mosman. Eryldene boasts an extensive range of separates – with a focus on how the pieces can be mixed and matched amongst each other as well as with existing pieces in the wardrobe for a highly-wearable, transeasonal collection of pieces.

St. Agni Resort 2022 Collection

 

This year St. Agni took the runway at Carriagworks to showcase their resort 2022 collection. On the runway, we see their signature monochrome, elevated tailoring and beautiful draping along with hints of metallic.
