Adidas athletes and fashion VIP picked up their rackets today for a stylish table tennis tournament in Sydney’s CBD, celebrating the partnership of two iconic global brands – Adidas and Gucci. The Adidas x Gucci activation draws inspiration from retro sporting culture and encourages guests to try their hand at a game of table tennis to experience the playful spirit of the collaboration. The NGV’s world-premiere exhibition, The Picasso Century will be complemented by a rich calendar of events, talks, performances and hands-on workshops designed to deepen audiences’ understanding of the life, times and work of Pablo Picasso and his contemporaries. On opening weekend, Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 June, audiences can join Picasso in Context, a free drop-by panel discussion in NGV International’s Great Hall which will also be live-broadcast on the NGV website.

Freyja has opened on Collins Street, The new Nordic-inspired restaurant taking up residency in Melbourne’s heritage-listed 1880s landmark building.
