It’s a Monday morning, I’m fresh to death and by 8:00 am I’ve showered, walked the dogs, connected with the universe through sun salutations and downward dogs. This, followed by a ritual slathering of serums, lotions, oils and a full face of makeup. Everything couldn’t have been going any smoother as I pack my bags ready to walk out the door.

Then it dawned on me, during the calamity of my Monday morning routine it struck me… Shit, I forgot to put sunscreen on! By now, you should all know about the perilous nature of walking out of the house without sunscreen, because our Aussie sun is anything but forgiving.
