What began as a humble floristry career for Emily Smith, Creative Director behind one of Sydney’s most iconic florist studios Boutierre Girls, has since blossomed into something much more than she could have imagined.
As part of a new series in partnership with Superga Australia, we spent the day with Emily and her right-hand woman Sophie, to see what it’s like to live a day in their shoes… and allow us to be the first to tell you it’s anything but typical.
From 4am market calls to ensure they nab the best of the bunch, to mid-morning hype songs, the day never sees downtime with these girls.
Come lunch, and it’s mandatory Uber Eats deliveries during a stopover to inspect the new Bouti HQ.
Nestled smack bang in the middle of Military Road Mosman, this HQ is anything but ordinary. Renovated with custom everything and reimagined into Emily’s own modern Parisian place to call home, all soon to be revealed.
They say starting your business is hard, and growing it is even harder, but spend a day in the shoes of this budding Bouti empire, and we’re left feeling like Boutierre Girls makes this look like just another day in the week.
Join us en-route for our newest series, In Their Shoes: Episode 1: Boutierre Girls.
